Seoul is a concentrated city that has both a long history and a modern society. The cityscape of downtown Seoul has rapidly changed in the late 20th century due to robust economic growth over the past 50 years. In the heart of Seoul surrounded with a number of the high-rise buildings, a few of the elegant western style buildings have well preserved as the modern cultural heritage. All in all, these buildings were completed in the early 20th century and located at financial and business districts, such as Myeongdong, Namdaemunno, and so on.I sketched the precious historical buildings in the crowded streets, looking back on the last century.
